
Without registration, I cannot make a purchase. Why is this not possible?

Keyzone Classic 1 is no longer available on our online store as it does not meet the current software standards. Additionally, illegal versions of the software have appeared on various websites, and their use is not recommended. If you want to use the Keyzone Classic software, purchase the more advanced and up-to-date version from our website.
I am looking for the free software package but cannot locate it.

What does it mean that the software is free but I can only obtain it if I make a purchase?
By allowing access to most of our free software only to those who make a purchase, we offer it as a gift to our customers and not as an entitlement for everyone. This is a necessary step as we need to generate income to fund further developments. Without such steps, we would have to cut down on the quality of our products. However, some of our free products can be obtained by entering a coupon code without having to make a purchase.
I cannot find the installer!
You cannot find it because we do not use an installer. Based on our experience, it causes more problems than it solves. If you purchase a product from us, you only need to copy it to the appropriate folder and it will work. If you come across software that seems to be from us and uses an installer, do not run it as it may contain malicious code.
Why are the effect plug-ins only available for Windows?
Unlike the sample-based VSTs, developing effect plug-ins generates less revenue, making it not profitable enough to port our software to the Apple platform. In recent years, we have noticed that while the software developed for Windows still works perfectly to this day, the software developed for Mac often requires rewriting to work with the latest version of the OSX operating system. Apple's constant changes have resulted in us only developing software for Mac that fits our main profile.
I cannot copy the software to the /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3 directory on my Mac.
There may be three reasons for this. You may not have administrator privileges, the directory may have write protection, or there may be a virus on your computer. Always check your virus protection and disable write protection if necessary.
I have copied everything to the correct location, but the plug-in still does not work.
In most cases, users may have overlooked something important. Our software comes with installation instructions, which most users forget to check. We recommend that you review these documents. If you have followed all the instructions correctly and the software still does not work, you should look for a solution in your DAW plug-in manager.
I have installed Keyzone Classic 2, but the first version still appears for some reason.
Manually delete Keyzone Classic 1 from your system. For Mac, delete it from the following locations:
1, /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components or VST or VST3
For PC, delete it from the following locations:
1, c:\Program Files\Vstplugins
2, c:\Program Files\Steinberg\Vstplugins
3, c:\Program Files (x86)\Vstplugins

It is possible that you have copied the software to a unique location. The key point is that if you have Keyzone Classic 2, there is no point in keeping the old version. Delete it or move it elsewhere.
Why isn't there AAX support?
While VST and AU are free, AAX requires a licensing fee. If you want to use our software in Pro Tools DAW, you will need a VST wrapper or an AU wrapper.
Is there a demo version of the software to try before I buy?
We do not offer demo versions. Typically, these are the first to be cracked by software pirates. However, most of our software has a lower-end, free version available. This reduces the need for a demo version.
