Bitsonic sells digital software and downloadable content. Because these are digital products, refund handling may differ from physical goods.
General approach
If you experience a problem with a product, please contact us first. Many issues can be solved through setup guidance, license help or compatibility support without needing a refund.
When refunds may be considered
- Duplicate payments or obvious billing errors.
- Technical delivery problems that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.
- Other exceptional cases reviewed individually by Bitsonic support.
Digital product access
When a refund is approved for a digital product, related download access, bonus access or account entitlement connected to that purchase may be removed.
